
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Step out to the side and bend your knee at 90 degrees
- 3While stepping out, swing the opposite hand across your body to touch your knee
- 4Come back to the center and return to the standing position
- 5Repeat the same movement on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your abdominals engaged throughout
- Swing your arm across your body with force to work your deltoids
- Make sure there is a slight bent in your knee while in standing position
