
Instructions:
- 1Begin by sitting on the floor with your hands planted behind you, fingers pointing towards your feet
- 2Lift your hips off the floor to come into the crab position
- 3Now lift your right hand and left knee to touch them together
- 4Return to the crab position and then switch to touch left hand to right knee
- 5Continue alternating for desired reps
Tips:
- Try to keep your hips lifted throughout the exercise
- Aim for full range of motion with knee and hand meeting
- Remember to breathe throughout movement
- Keep your core engaged for balance and stability
