
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Keep your hands together in front of your chest, elbows out
- 3In a smooth motion, twist your body to the right as far as you comfortable can, focusing on using your core muscles
- 4Hold in this position for a moment and then slowly come back to the original position
- 5Repeat the same motion for the left side
Tips:
- Keep your hips stationary
- Keep your pace slow and controlled
- Try to maintain your balance during the twist
- Breathe in as you twist and breathe out as you return to the starting position
