Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Keep your hands together in front of your chest, elbows out
  • 3In a smooth motion, twist your body to the right as far as you comfortable can, focusing on using your core muscles
  • 4Hold in this position for a moment and then slowly come back to the original position
  • 5Repeat the same motion for the left side

Tips:

  • Keep your hips stationary
  • Keep your pace slow and controlled
  • Try to maintain your balance during the twist
  • Breathe in as you twist and breathe out as you return to the starting position
