Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your side with your head supported by your hand or arm
  • 2With your top arm straight and palm facing down, slowly lift it as far as you can until you feel a stretch
  • 3Hold for a few seconds
  • 4Slowly lower your arm back down
  • 5Switch sides and repeat with the other arm

Tips:

  • Ensure your body is in a straight line
  • Avoid bending your arm at the elbow
  • Do not force the stretch, go only as far as comfortable
  • Keep your head and neck relaxed throughout the movement
