
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your side with your head supported by your hand or arm
- 2With your top arm straight and palm facing down, slowly lift it as far as you can until you feel a stretch
- 3Hold for a few seconds
- 4Slowly lower your arm back down
- 5Switch sides and repeat with the other arm
Tips:
- Ensure your body is in a straight line
- Avoid bending your arm at the elbow
- Do not force the stretch, go only as far as comfortable
- Keep your head and neck relaxed throughout the movement
