
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back with your legs stretched out on the ground
- 2Raise your legs to a 90-degree angle
- 3Draw a circle in the air with your feet by slightly moving your hips
- 4Complete a full circle and then reverse the direction
- 5Lower your legs back to the ground and repeat
Tips:
- Engage your core throughout the exercise
- Keep the movements smooth and controlled
- Ensure to breathe properly, inhale as you lift your legs and exhale as you lower them
- Make sure not to strain your neck during the movement
