Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back with your legs stretched out on the ground
  • 2Raise your legs to a 90-degree angle
  • 3Draw a circle in the air with your feet by slightly moving your hips
  • 4Complete a full circle and then reverse the direction
  • 5Lower your legs back to the ground and repeat
