
Instructions:
- 1Start in a high plank position, balancing on your hands and toes
- 2Lift your right arm and left leg in the air
- 3Reach out with your right arm and left leg as far as they go, creating a star shape
- 4Hold this position for a few seconds before returning to the starting position
- 5Repeat the movement with your left arm and right leg
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Breathe normally during the hold position
- Engage your core muscles while reaching out
- Make sure your hands are directly under your shoulders when you are in a high plank position
