Instructions:

  • 1Start in a high plank position, balancing on your hands and toes
  • 2Lift your right arm and left leg in the air
  • 3Reach out with your right arm and left leg as far as they go, creating a star shape
  • 4Hold this position for a few seconds before returning to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the movement with your left arm and right leg

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Breathe normally during the hold position
  • Engage your core muscles while reaching out
  • Make sure your hands are directly under your shoulders when you are in a high plank position
