Instructions:

  • 1Start in a straight-arm plank position with feet together
  • 2Jump feet apart as if you’re doing a horizontal jumping jack, then hop feet back together
  • 3Jump feet in towards your hands, then jump them back out into a plank
  • 4Complete as many reps as you can in a given time frame

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged during the entire movement
  • Aim for a smooth, controlled rhythm rather than speed
  • Make sure your back is straight at all times
  • Perform the exercise in front of a mirror to monitor your form and technique
