
Instructions:
- 1Start in a straight-arm plank position with feet together
- 2Jump feet apart as if you’re doing a horizontal jumping jack, then hop feet back together
- 3Jump feet in towards your hands, then jump them back out into a plank
- 4Complete as many reps as you can in a given time frame
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged during the entire movement
- Aim for a smooth, controlled rhythm rather than speed
- Make sure your back is straight at all times
- Perform the exercise in front of a mirror to monitor your form and technique
