
Instructions:

- 3As you jump back in, reach down to touch your toes with your arms
- 4Jump out again and repeat the jumping jack motion
- 5Keep performing this sequence for the desired number of repetitions

- Avoid locking your knees when you touch your toes
- Remember to breathe, inhaling during the jump and exhaling as you touch your toes
