
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight while holding an EZ curl bar at the wide outer handle.
- 2Use your side shoulders to lift the bar as you exhale.
- 3Continue to lift the bar until it nearly touches your chin.
- 4Lower the bar back down slowly to the starting position as you inhale.
Tips:
- Ensure your torso is stationary throughout the exercise.
- Try to keep your elbows close to your body.
- Focus on moving the load with your shoulders, isolating them as much as possible.
- Avoid using your lower back or spine to lift the weight. Always use your shoulders.
