Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight while holding an EZ curl bar at the wide outer handle.
  • 2Use your side shoulders to lift the bar as you exhale.
  • 3Continue to lift the bar until it nearly touches your chin.
  • 4Lower the bar back down slowly to the starting position as you inhale.

Tips:

  • Ensure your torso is stationary throughout the exercise.
  • Try to keep your elbows close to your body.
  • Focus on moving the load with your shoulders, isolating them as much as possible.
  • Avoid using your lower back or spine to lift the weight. Always use your shoulders.
