
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on a bench, clutching an EZ bar with your hands shoulder-width apart
- 2Bend your arms slightly at the elbows, then extend your hands back over your head
- 3Pull the bar over your chest until your arms are almost fully extended vertically
- 4Return the bar back over your head to the starting position on the bench in a controlled manner
Tips:
- Avoid locking your elbows to prevent injury
- Keep your movement fluid and controlled
- Engage your core
- Inhale as you lower the bar and exhale while pulling it over your chest
