Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on a bench, clutching an EZ bar with your hands shoulder-width apart
  • 2Bend your arms slightly at the elbows, then extend your hands back over your head
  • 3Pull the bar over your chest until your arms are almost fully extended vertically
  • 4Return the bar back over your head to the starting position on the bench in a controlled manner

Tips:

  • Avoid locking your elbows to prevent injury
  • Keep your movement fluid and controlled
  • Engage your core
  • Inhale as you lower the bar and exhale while pulling it over your chest
