
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back on the floor and bend your knees, keeping your feet flat on the ground
- 2Place your hands behind your head, without locking your fingers together
- 3Lift your upper body using your oblique muscles, and twist to bring your right elbow to your left knee
- 4Slowly lower your body back down
- 5Repeat the movement on the other side, bringing your left elbow to your right knee
Tips:
- Keep your lower back pressed to the floor during the entire movement
- Don't pull on your neck, let your abs and obliques do the work
- Exhale as you crunch up and inhale as you lower your body
- Remain controlled throughout the exercise to engage your obliques more effectively
