Instructions:

  • 1Lie down on the floor with the band behind your back
  • 2Hold the band with both hands using a reverse grip
  • 3Extend your arms downward to bring your hands towards the floor
  • 4Pause at the bottom and squeeze your triceps
  • 5Slowly return to the starting position
