
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on the floor with the band behind your back
- 2Hold the band with both hands using a reverse grip
- 3Extend your arms downward to bring your hands towards the floor
- 4Pause at the bottom and squeeze your triceps
- 5Slowly return to the starting position

- Control the movement throughout the entire range of motion
- Avoid using your body momentum to perform the movement
