Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Jump and split your legs apart in the air while simultaneously tapping your feet
  • 3Land back down into a squat position
  • 4Repeat this movement for a set amount of repetitions
  • 5Keep your core tight throughout the movement

Tips:

  • Try jumping as high as you can for maximum benefit
  • Ensure that your knees are not going past your toes when you land
  • Keep your back straight when you land to prevent injury
  • Land softly to reduce impact on your joints
