
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Jump and split your legs apart in the air while simultaneously tapping your feet
- 3Land back down into a squat position
- 4Repeat this movement for a set amount of repetitions
- 5Keep your core tight throughout the movement
Tips:
- Try jumping as high as you can for maximum benefit
- Ensure that your knees are not going past your toes when you land
- Keep your back straight when you land to prevent injury
- Land softly to reduce impact on your joints
