
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on a flat bench with your legs hanging off the end
- 2Hold onto the bench behind your head for support
- 3Raise your legs until they are perpendicular to your torso
- 4Hold this position for a moment
- 5Lower your legs back to the starting position in a controlled manner
Tips:
- Keep your legs straight throughout the exercise
- Do not use your arms to pull your body up, focus on using your abdominal muscles
- Exhale when you raise your legs and inhale as you lower them back down
- Ensure your back remains flat on the bench throughout the exercise
