Instructions:

  • 1Start with feet hip-width apart
  • 2Jump upwards and forwards, bringing your knees as high as possible
  • 3Land softly with bent knees
  • 4Quickly rebound into the next jump
  • 5Repeat the jumps for the prescribed number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep the rhythm fast and continuous
  • Land softly and absorb the impact through your legs
  • Keep your core engaged throughout
  • Try to minimize ground contact time between jumps
