Instructions:

  • 1Stand between the cable machines with a handle in one hand
  • 2Pull the handle across your body, keeping your arm straight
  • 3Return to the start position in a controlled manner
  • 4Repeat with the other arm

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and core engaged during the exercise
  • Make sure to move your arm across your body, rather than pulling it down
  • Control the weight at all times, don't let it snap back
  • Breathe out as you pull the handle and breathe in as you return to the start
