- 2Pull the handle across your body, keeping your arm straight
- 3Return to the start position in a controlled manner
- 4Repeat with the other arm
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and core engaged during the exercise
- Make sure to move your arm across your body, rather than pulling it down
- Control the weight at all times, don't let it snap back
- Breathe out as you pull the handle and breathe in as you return to the start
