
Instructions:

- 3Push back up to standing whilst continuing the large circles
- 4Repeat this motion keeping a steady rhythm
- 5Make sure to keep your torso upright

- Focus on a smooth circular motion for your arms
- Breathe out while squatting down, breathe in on the way up
