Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Extend your arms to your sides and make large circles as you lower into a squat
  • 3Push back up to standing whilst continuing the large circles
  • 4Repeat this motion keeping a steady rhythm
  • 5Make sure to keep your torso upright

  • Keep your knees aligned with your feet during the squat
  • Engage your core for stability
  • Focus on a smooth circular motion for your arms
  • Breathe out while squatting down, breathe in on the way up
