Instructions:

  • 1Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Take a step forward with your right foot, landing heel first
  • 3Lower your body into a lunge position keeping your back straight
  • 4Push off with your right foot, returning to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the motion with your left foot

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise to maintain balance
  • Don't let your knee go past your toes when stepping forward
  • Ensure to land softly to minimize impact to your joints
  • Increase your stepping speed for a more intense workout
