
Instructions:
- 1Start with your feet hip-width apart, bend your knees and lower your body into a squat
- 2Take a wide step to your right, stay in your squat, and tap the ground with your right hand
- 3Push off your right foot to return to the center
- 4Repeat on the left side. This counts as one rep
Tips:
- Make sure to keep your chest lifted and back straight
- Keep your knees directly above your ankles while you squat
- Perform these exercises at a rapid pace to work up a sweat and raise your heart rate
- Engage your core for balance and control
