Instructions:

  • 1Start with your feet hip-width apart, bend your knees and lower your body into a squat
  • 2Take a wide step to your right, stay in your squat, and tap the ground with your right hand
  • 3Push off your right foot to return to the center
  • 4Repeat on the left side. This counts as one rep

Tips:

  • Make sure to keep your chest lifted and back straight
  • Keep your knees directly above your ankles while you squat
  • Perform these exercises at a rapid pace to work up a sweat and raise your heart rate
  • Engage your core for balance and control
