
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the edge of the chair with your legs extended

- 3Lift your knees towards your chest in a controlled movement
- 4Lower your feet back to the ground
- 5Repeat this movement for your desired number of repetitions

- Keep your abdominal muscles engaged throughout the exercise
- Avoid using your arms or hands to help lift your knees
- Maintain a straight posture throughout the exercise
- Control your breathing by inhaling when you lower your feet and exhaling when you lift your knees
