
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Lift both hands up and clap above your head
- 3From the top, swing both arms wide and clap again at your back
- 4Return to the starting position and repeat
Tips:
- Maintain proper body posture throughout the exercise
- Avoid arching the back while swinging arms to the back
- Breathe out while raising your arms up and breathe in when lowering
- Increased speed and force of clap can intensify the stretch
