Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Lift both hands up and clap above your head
  • 3From the top, swing both arms wide and clap again at your back
  • 4Return to the starting position and repeat

Tips:

  • Maintain proper body posture throughout the exercise
  • Avoid arching the back while swinging arms to the back
  • Breathe out while raising your arms up and breathe in when lowering
  • Increased speed and force of clap can intensify the stretch
