
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the leverage machine with your feet planted firmly on the ground
- 2Pull the arms of the machine down to your sides in a broad motion
- 3Then slowly return the arms of the machine to the starting position controlling the resistance
- 4Repeat this motion for the desired amount of reps
Tips:
- Ensure the motion remains as smooth as possible for increased muscle activation
- Try to focus on squeezing your back muscles as you pull down
- Do not round your back during the exercise
- Breathe out while pulling down and breathe in when returning to the start position
