Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the leverage machine with your feet planted firmly on the ground
  • 2Pull the arms of the machine down to your sides in a broad motion
  • 3Then slowly return the arms of the machine to the starting position controlling the resistance
  • 4Repeat this motion for the desired amount of reps

Tips:

  • Ensure the motion remains as smooth as possible for increased muscle activation
  • Try to focus on squeezing your back muscles as you pull down
  • Do not round your back during the exercise
  • Breathe out while pulling down and breathe in when returning to the start position
