Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright, feet together and hands on your hips.
  • 2Take a big step sideways with your right foot, bending your right knee and pushing your hips back.
  • 3While bending, lean your upper body to the right, reaching your left hand towards your right foot.
  • 4Push off your right foot to return to the starting position.
  • 5Repeat on the other side.

Tips:

  • Keep your chest up and look straight ahead when stepping out.
  • Make sure to engage your core throughout the exercise.
  • Try to keep your weight evenly distributed between both legs when stepping out.
  • Keep the foot of your stepping leg pointing straight ahead while performing the exercise.
