Instructions:

  • 1Secure the band to a sturdy post at a high position
  • 2Stand away from the post with feet hip-width apart, gripping the band with both hands
  • 3Extend your arms upward at an angle, pulling the band away from the post
  • 4Move your hands in a semi-circle motion, meeting above your chest
  • 5Slowly return your hands to the start position, allowing the band to pull your arms back

Tips:

  • Ensure your back is straight and abdomen tight throughout the movement
  • Focus on squeezing your chest muscles as you bring your hands together
  • Avoid locking your elbows at full extension
  • Control the band's recoil to avoid injury
