- 3Extend your arms upward at an angle, pulling the band away from the post
- 4Move your hands in a semi-circle motion, meeting above your chest
- 5Slowly return your hands to the start position, allowing the band to pull your arms back

- Ensure your back is straight and abdomen tight throughout the movement
- Focus on squeezing your chest muscles as you bring your hands together
- Avoid locking your elbows at full extension
- Control the band's recoil to avoid injury
