
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back while holding a dumbbell in both hands above your head
- 2Lift your right arm and left leg at the same time, trying to touch the dumbbell to your foot
- 3Lower both your arm and leg down and then repeat the motion with your left arm and right leg
- 4Continue alternating sides for your set
- 5Keep your legs and arms straight throughout the exercise

- Exhale as you raise your limb and inhale as you lower it
- Choose a suitable weight that allows you to maintain balance and control
