Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back while holding a dumbbell in both hands above your head
  • 2Lift your right arm and left leg at the same time, trying to touch the dumbbell to your foot
  • 3Lower both your arm and leg down and then repeat the motion with your left arm and right leg
  • 4Continue alternating sides for your set
  • 5Keep your legs and arms straight throughout the exercise

Tips:

  • Keep your lower back pressed into the floor to avoid injury
  • Exhale as you raise your limb and inhale as you lower it
  • Choose a suitable weight that allows you to maintain balance and control
  • Focus on engaging and tightening your core throughout the move
