
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Jump and spread your legs to the sides while touching hands at the top
- 3Return to the original stance and then jump again with feet in front of each other while clapping hands beneath legs
- 4Repeat this sequence for the desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
- Exhale as you jump out and inhale as you come back to the initial stance
- Perform the movements rapidly for higher intensity
- Make sure to land softly to avoid knee stress
