Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Jump and spread your legs to the sides while touching hands at the top
  • 3Return to the original stance and then jump again with feet in front of each other while clapping hands beneath legs
  • 4Repeat this sequence for the desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Exhale as you jump out and inhale as you come back to the initial stance
  • Perform the movements rapidly for higher intensity
  • Make sure to land softly to avoid knee stress
