
Instructions:
- 1Start by hanging from a pull-up bar with an underhand grip
- 2Bend your knees and raise them up towards your chest
- 3Hold for a second when your knees reach your chest
- 4Lower your legs back down in a controlled motion
- 5Repeat the movement for your desired amount of reps
Tips:
- Engage your core throughout the motion
- Try to avoid swinging your body
- Control your legs on the way down to engage your abs more
- Exhale as you lift your knees and inhale as you lower them
