Instructions:

  • 1Start by hanging from a pull-up bar with an underhand grip
  • 2Bend your knees and raise them up towards your chest
  • 3Hold for a second when your knees reach your chest
  • 4Lower your legs back down in a controlled motion
  • 5Repeat the movement for your desired amount of reps

Tips:

  • Engage your core throughout the motion
  • Try to avoid swinging your body
  • Control your legs on the way down to engage your abs more
  • Exhale as you lift your knees and inhale as you lower them
