Instructions:

  • 1Stand in a boxer's stance with your fists raised in front of you
  • 2Start the combo by extending your lead arm in a quick, light jab without fully extending your elbow
  • 3Immediately follow with another similar jab
  • 4Follow the second jab with a powerful cross punch using your back hand
  • 5Return to the starting position and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your movements quick and light for the jabs to maintain speed and control
  • Put your body weight behind the cross punch for maximum force
  • Stay light on your feet and move around to increase aerobic intensity
  • Keep your non punching hand up to protect your head
