
Instructions:
- 1Stand in a boxer's stance with your fists raised in front of you
- 2Start the combo by extending your lead arm in a quick, light jab without fully extending your elbow
- 3Immediately follow with another similar jab
- 4Follow the second jab with a powerful cross punch using your back hand
- 5Return to the starting position and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your movements quick and light for the jabs to maintain speed and control
- Put your body weight behind the cross punch for maximum force
- Stay light on your feet and move around to increase aerobic intensity
- Keep your non punching hand up to protect your head
