Instructions:

  • 1Start in a boxing stance, with your left foot forward and your fists protecting your face
  • 2Perform a right hook by rotating your right foot and driving your right fist in a hooking motion toward your opponent
  • 3Immediately perform a left hook by rotating your left foot and driving your left fist in a hooking motion toward your opponent
  • 4Return to the starting boxing stance and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your wrists straight to avoid injury
  • Use your body’s momentum to add power to your hooks
  • Don’t forget to breathe, exhale when you hook, inhale when you return to starting stance
  • Always protect your face with your off-hand
