
Instructions:
- 1Start in a boxing stance, with your left foot forward and your fists protecting your face
- 2Perform a right hook by rotating your right foot and driving your right fist in a hooking motion toward your opponent
- 3Immediately perform a left hook by rotating your left foot and driving your left fist in a hooking motion toward your opponent
- 4Return to the starting boxing stance and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your wrists straight to avoid injury
- Use your body’s momentum to add power to your hooks
- Don’t forget to breathe, exhale when you hook, inhale when you return to starting stance
- Always protect your face with your off-hand
