Instructions:

  • 1Start in a standing position with feet hip-width apart.
  • 2Bend at the hips and knees to lower as in a squat.
  • 3Push off the ground and jump up.
  • 4Upon landing, lower back into the squat position.
  • 5Jump up again, simultaneously extending your arms above your head in a punching motion.

Tips:

  • Land softly on your feet to reduce impact on your joints.
  • Keep your core engaged during the whole exercise.
  • Do not let your knees collapse inward when you land.
  • Focus on the height of your jumps, not speed.
