
Instructions:
- 1Start in a standing position with feet hip-width apart.
- 2Bend at the hips and knees to lower as in a squat.
- 3Push off the ground and jump up.
- 4Upon landing, lower back into the squat position.
- 5Jump up again, simultaneously extending your arms above your head in a punching motion.
Tips:
- Land softly on your feet to reduce impact on your joints.
- Keep your core engaged during the whole exercise.
- Do not let your knees collapse inward when you land.
- Focus on the height of your jumps, not speed.
