
Instructions:
- 1Stand underneath the lever machine
- 2Grasp the bars with a shoulder-width grip
- 3Press the bars upwards until your arms are fully extended
- 4Lower the bars back to starting position in a controlled motion
- 5Repeat for desired repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged during the entire movement
- Avoid straining your neck
- Do not lock your elbows at the top of the movement
- Focus on using your shoulders, rather than your back or legs, to press the weight
