Instructions:

  • 1Stand underneath the lever machine
  • 2Grasp the bars with a shoulder-width grip
  • 3Press the bars upwards until your arms are fully extended
  • 4Lower the bars back to starting position in a controlled motion
  • 5Repeat for desired repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged during the entire movement
  • Avoid straining your neck
  • Do not lock your elbows at the top of the movement
  • Focus on using your shoulders, rather than your back or legs, to press the weight
