Instructions:

  • 1Start by standing up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Lift one knee towards your chest as high as you can
  • 3At the same time, sweep your arms forward, clapping your hands below the raised knee
  • 4Return to the starting position and repeat with the other knee
  • 5Continue alternating sides for the duration of your workout

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Aim to make a rhythm with your movements to increase the cardio benefit
  • Ensure a full extension of the arms while clapping below the knee
  • Avoid jumping or bouncing, all movements should be controlled
