
Instructions:
- 1Kneel in front of the lever machine
- 2Grasp the lever with both hands
- 3Rotate your torso to one side
- 4Return to the initial position
- 5Repeat the same on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Do not rush the motions, slow and controlled rotations are ideal
- Keep your gaze forward and resist the urge to twist your neck
- Using only your core, pull the lever to your opposite side
