Instructions:

  • 1Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Extend your arms at your sides with palms facing inward
  • 3Lift your arms to shoulder height, rotating your palms to face the floor
  • 4Lower your arms back to the starting position, rotate your palms back to the starting position

Tips:

  • Keep your arms straight during the movement
  • Engage your core for stability
  • Avoid using lower back to lift your arms
  • Motion should be smooth and controlled
