Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart
  • 2Reach arms up above your head as if you are reaching for the sky
  • 3Hold the position for a second and then lower your arms
  • 4Repeat the motion

Tips:

  • Make sure your motion is slow and controlled
  • Engage your core throughout the exercise
  • Avoid arching your back or straining your neck
