
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your arms extending in front of you, shoulder width apart
- 2Pull your hands towards your waist as if you're rowing a boat
- 3Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement
- 4Return to the starting position in a controlled manner
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise to protect your lower back
- Avoid hunching or rounding your back
- Try to pull your elbows back as far as possible for maximum muscle engagement
- Control the movement speed, avoid any jerky motions
