Instructions:

  • 1Stand in front of the leverage machine with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Keep your arms straight and hold the handles of the machine
  • 3Raise your shoulders as high as you can, shrugging without using your arms
  • 4Hold for a moment at the top, then slowly lower your shoulders back down

Tips:

  • Keep your spine straight throughout the movement
  • Avoid using your arms to pull up the weight
  • Focus on using your shoulder and back muscles to do the work
  • Be mindful not to rotate or twist your body during the exercise
