
Instructions:
- 1Stand in front of the leverage machine with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Keep your arms straight and hold the handles of the machine
- 3Raise your shoulders as high as you can, shrugging without using your arms
- 4Hold for a moment at the top, then slowly lower your shoulders back down

- Avoid using your arms to pull up the weight
- Focus on using your shoulder and back muscles to do the work
- Be mindful not to rotate or twist your body during the exercise
