Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back with your arms extended above you
  • 2Lift your legs 90 degrees off the floor and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle
  • 3Lift your shoulders off the ground and tap your hands to your ankles
  • 4Lower your shoulders back to the ground
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Engage your core throughout the entire movement
  • Avoid pulling your neck with your hands, focus on lifting with your abs
  • Breathe out as you lift your shoulders off the floor, and breathe in as you lower back down
  • Keep your legs and knees stable during the exercise
