
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back with your arms extended above you
- 2Lift your legs 90 degrees off the floor and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle
- 3Lift your shoulders off the ground and tap your hands to your ankles
- 4Lower your shoulders back to the ground
- 5Repeat for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Engage your core throughout the entire movement
- Avoid pulling your neck with your hands, focus on lifting with your abs
- Breathe out as you lift your shoulders off the floor, and breathe in as you lower back down
- Keep your legs and knees stable during the exercise
