
Instructions:
- 1Position yourself at the leverage machine with the lever at waist height
- 2Grab the handles and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 3Flex your biceps to curl the lever up towards your shoulders
- 4Hold the contraction at the top momentarily
- 5Slowly lower the lever to the initial position

- Keep your elbows close to your torso during the movement
- Avoid using your back or shoulders to lift the weight
- Control the speed of the movement during lifting and lowering
- Focus on contracting the biceps at the top of the movement
