Instructions:

  • 1Position yourself at the leverage machine with the lever at waist height
  • 2Grab the handles and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 3Flex your biceps to curl the lever up towards your shoulders
  • 4Hold the contraction at the top momentarily
  • 5Slowly lower the lever to the initial position

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows close to your torso during the movement
  • Avoid using your back or shoulders to lift the weight
  • Control the speed of the movement during lifting and lowering
  • Focus on contracting the biceps at the top of the movement
