Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back with your arms extended out to the sides
  • 2Keeping your arms straight, move them upwards in a semi-circular arc
  • 3Reach a point where the hands meet above your body
  • 4Lower your arms back to the starting position in the same semi-circular manner
  • 5Repeat the movement for the desired amount of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your back flat on the ground throughout the exercise
  • Avoid rushing the movements, ensure each rep is controlled and deliberate
  • Breathe in as you lift your arms and breathe out as you lower them
  • To better engage your shoulder muscles, keep your limit your elbows' bending
