
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back with your arms extended out to the sides
- 2Keeping your arms straight, move them upwards in a semi-circular arc
- 3Reach a point where the hands meet above your body
- 4Lower your arms back to the starting position in the same semi-circular manner
- 5Repeat the movement for the desired amount of reps
Tips:
- Keep your back flat on the ground throughout the exercise
- Avoid rushing the movements, ensure each rep is controlled and deliberate
- Breathe in as you lift your arms and breathe out as you lower them
- To better engage your shoulder muscles, keep your limit your elbows' bending
