Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your back with your arms at your sides, knees bent and feet flat on the floor close to your butt
  • 2Lift one leg and extend it out in front of you
  • 3Drive through your other heel to lift your hips off the floor as high as possible
  • 4Slowly lower your hips back down to the floor
  • 5Repeat on the other side

Tips:

  • Make sure you're driving up through your heel, not your toes
  • Thrusted hip should be in a straight line with your body
  • Avoid arching your back at the top of the movement
  • Control your movements, don't rush through reps
