
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back with your arms at your sides, knees bent and feet flat on the floor close to your butt
- 2Lift one leg and extend it out in front of you
- 3Drive through your other heel to lift your hips off the floor as high as possible
- 4Slowly lower your hips back down to the floor
- 5Repeat on the other side
Tips:
- Make sure you're driving up through your heel, not your toes
- Thrusted hip should be in a straight line with your body
- Avoid arching your back at the top of the movement
- Control your movements, don't rush through reps
