
Instructions:
- 1Start by sitting on the floor with your legs out in front of you.
- 2Place your hands on the floor behind you, fingers pointing towards your feet.
- 3Lift your butt off the floor.
- 4Begin to tap your left shoulder with your right hand then place it back on the floor.
- 5Repeat with the other hand, tapping your right shoulder with your left hand.
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
- Try to keep your hips level as you tap.
- Remember to breathe throughout the exercise.
- Prevent your butt from touching the floor during the transitions.
