Instructions:

  • 1Start by sitting on the floor with your legs out in front of you.
  • 2Place your hands on the floor behind you, fingers pointing towards your feet.
  • 3Lift your butt off the floor.
  • 4Begin to tap your left shoulder with your right hand then place it back on the floor.
  • 5Repeat with the other hand, tapping your right shoulder with your left hand.

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
  • Try to keep your hips level as you tap.
  • Remember to breathe throughout the exercise.
  • Prevent your butt from touching the floor during the transitions.
