
Instructions:
- 1Stand in front of the cable machine with feet hip-width apart
- 2Grab the cable handle, keep your back straight, hinge at your hips and lower the handle towards your feet
- 3Drive through your hips to stand back up straight, pulling the cable up with you
- 4Maintain a slight bend in your knees throughout the exercise
Tips:
- Keep your neck in line with your spine throughout the movement
- Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement
- Keep the movement smooth and avoid jerking the cable
- Make sure your back is not rounded
