Instructions:

  • 1Stand in front of the cable machine with feet hip-width apart
  • 2Grab the cable handle, keep your back straight, hinge at your hips and lower the handle towards your feet
  • 3Drive through your hips to stand back up straight, pulling the cable up with you
  • 4Maintain a slight bend in your knees throughout the exercise

Tips:

  • Keep your neck in line with your spine throughout the movement
  • Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement
  • Keep the movement smooth and avoid jerking the cable
  • Make sure your back is not rounded
