
Instructions:
- 1Position yourself on a decline bench and secure your feet at the high end.
- 2Place your hands behind your head for support.
- 3Slowly raise your knees towards your chest.
- 4Pause when your knees have reached your chest level.
- 5Slowly lower your legs back down in a controlled fashion.
Tips:
- Ensure your back is flat against the bench during the exercise.
- Engage your core and squeeze your abs at the top of the movement.
- Do not rush the movement, keep it controlled and slow.
- Remember to breathe: exhale as you lift your knees, inhale as you lower them.
