
Instructions:
- 1Stand at a cable machine, pull the handle and hold it at chest level
- 2Keeping your back straight, lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor
- 3Pause for a moment at the bottom
- 4Push through your heels to stand back up
- 5Repeat for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your chest up and look straight ahead
- Make sure your knees do not go over your toes when squatting
- Squeeze your glutes when you stand up
- Keep the motion controlled and steady
