Instructions:

  • 1Stand at a cable machine, pull the handle and hold it at chest level
  • 2Keeping your back straight, lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor
  • 3Pause for a moment at the bottom
  • 4Push through your heels to stand back up
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your chest up and look straight ahead
  • Make sure your knees do not go over your toes when squatting
  • Squeeze your glutes when you stand up
  • Keep the motion controlled and steady
