Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Bring your hands together, palm to palm, in a prayer position
  • 3Push your palms together while raising your elbows and stretching your hands down
  • 4Hold this position for 10-30 seconds, maintaining the pressure between your palms
  • 5Repeat this exercise 3-5 times

  • Maintain a steady breathing rhythm throughout the exercise
  • Ensure that you apply even pressure on both palms
