Instructions:

  • 1Start by standing tall with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Twist your torso to the right while lifting your left knee to your chest
  • 3Return to the initial position and repeat the movement, this time twisting to your left and lifting your right knee
  • 4Continue alternating sides for your desired amount of reps
  • 5Keep your movements paced to maintain a steady heart rate

Tips:

  • Engage your core throughout the exercise
  • To increase intensity, lift your knee higher and twist further
  • Don't rush the movements, ensure quality over quantity
  • You can use your arms for balance and to increase intensity
