
Instructions:
- 1Stand starting with your arms straight, and a kettlebell in each hand
- 2Bend the elbows, bringing the kettlebells toward your shoulders
- 3Pause for a moment at the top of the curl
- 4Lowly lowering the kettlebells back down to the starting position
- 5Repeat for the desired amount of reps
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and upright throughout the exercise
- Keep your elbows close to your torso at all times
- Don't use your back or shoulders to lift the weights. Let your biceps do the work
- Breathe out as you lift the kettlebells and breathe in as you lower them
