Instructions:

  • 1Stand starting with your arms straight, and a kettlebell in each hand
  • 2Bend the elbows, bringing the kettlebells toward your shoulders
  • 3Pause for a moment at the top of the curl
  • 4Lowly lowering the kettlebells back down to the starting position
  • 5Repeat for the desired amount of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and upright throughout the exercise
  • Keep your elbows close to your torso at all times
  • Don't use your back or shoulders to lift the weights. Let your biceps do the work
  • Breathe out as you lift the kettlebells and breathe in as you lower them
