
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Raise one knee towards the opposite elbow while twisting your torso
- 3Immediately shift weight to the other foot while stepping to the side
- 4Hop back to the middle with feet together
- 5Repeat with the other knee and direction
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the move
- Move at a brisk pace to keep heart rate up
- Always land softly on your feet
- Try to get your knee as high as possible during the raise
