Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Bring your knee towards your opposite elbow while twisting your upper body
  • 3Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on your other side
  • 4Keep alternating sides while maintaining speed and control throughout each movement
  • 5Remember to engage your core and pull your knee as close to your elbow as possible

Tips:

  • Make sure to warm up before starting this exercise to avoid strain or injury
  • Breathe out as you twist and bring your knee up, inhale as you return to the initial position
  • Avoid jerky movements, focus on each muscle group you're working and move smoothly
  • Gradually increase your pace as you get comfortable with the exercise
